SCR and SNCR flue gas denitration technology
There are two main technologies for flue gas denitration technology, selective catalytic reduction (SCR) and selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR). Under special conditions, SCR+SNCR combined denitration can also be used. Due to its high denitration efficiency and stable performance, the SCR process accounts for more than 90% of the market share. SCR technology is used in most large units and pulverized coal furnaces. SNCR technology has low denitrification efficiency and is mainly used in circulating fluidized bed boilers or small boilers. SCR technology uses liquid ammonia, ammonia or urea as reducing agent to reduce nitrogen oxides in flue gas to nitrogen and water under the action of catalyst. SCR has mature technology, high denitration efficiency, stable operation, no secondary pollution, etc. Features: When the denitration efficiency requirement exceeds 70%, SCR technology is usually used. The denitration efficiency of SCR technology can reach more than 90%.
